Mission-Critical Hydraulic Control for Military Mobility Platforms
DigiJet™ high-speed digital hydraulic valves are deployed in mission-critical ground vehicle systems where precision control, durability, and reliability under extreme operating conditions are essential.
Our valves are embedded within tracked vehicle transmission architectures, supporting steering, gain control, and hydraulic modulation functions in demanding defence environments.
Embedded in Proven Transmission Platforms
DigiJet valves are integrated within established heavy-duty transmission families used across NATO ground vehicle fleets.
These platforms support:
Armoured fighting vehicles
Self-propelled artillery systems
Rocket launch platforms
Armoured multi-purpose vehicles
As part of the transmission control architecture, DigiJet components are fully qualified and fielded across active and reserve fleets.
Qualification & Lifecycle Integration
Defence hydraulic subsystems require:
Multi-stage qualification
System-level integration validation
Long-duration durability testing
Compliance with military environmental standards
DigiJet valves are integrated within qualified transmission systems and are catalogued for sustainment support, enabling long-term platform serviceability.
Replacement of qualified hydraulic control components within military transmission systems requires revalidation at subsystem and vehicle level, reinforcing the importance of reliability and lifecycle continuity.
Engineered for Harsh Operating Environments
Military mobility platforms operate in:
Extreme temperature variation
High vibration and shock loads
Contaminated hydraulic environments
Continuous high-duty operational cycles
DigiJet valves are designed for:
Millisecond-level response times
High debris tolerance
Extended cycle life
Stable performance under sustained pressure loads
This performance profile supports reliable vehicle control under battlefield conditions
Sustainment & Lifecycle Support
Modern military vehicle fleets are routinely life-extended through upgrade and sustainment programmes.
As a qualified hydraulic control component within established transmission systems, DigiJet valves support:
Ongoing fleet sustainment
Spares provisioning
Platform refurbishment and upgrade cycles
This lifecycle alignment provides long-term operational continuity for vehicle operators and OEM partners.
